Non transmitting patients are patients who have never transmitted on Implicity (no transmission was received). For example: recently implanted patients for whom no transmission was received yet.
Non transmitting patients are different from no longer transmitting patients, for whom a transmission has already been received on Implicity.
To access patients without transmissions:
- Click on "All patient" tab
- Screen "Patient's status" and "Without Transmission".

If you click on a patient's name, you will see a label "Patient without transmission" at the top of the page. This label will disappear when a transmission has been received by Implicity.

To save time in the management of "Patients without transmission" and "Patients who no longer transmit", we recommend you increase the scheduled transmission frequencies (monthly - bimonthly - weekly).
Note: Among the “non transmitted” patients, there may be patients who are not remote monitored.
