Once the feature is activated, the rows "disconnected transmitter" and "disconnected device" of the "connectivity" section in the Center Settings tab will be selected. As the alert priorities, it also applies to all patients.

Note : If you don't want to activate this feature for a particular patient, you also can unselect the box in the "Notifications" tab, on his patient profile.
Your patients (or the medical staff) with a smartphone will have the opportunity to unsubscribe to their disconnection text message alerts, depending on their response to the text. In case of technical issue with the transmitter, the app will provide your patients with their manufacturer's phone number.
The first phone number listed in the patient information section is the number that will be sent the text message. You are able to change it to a different phone number, in the drop-down box of the "Notifications SMS" section. The text message is sent once, at 9 am, when the patient is listed as disconnected on the manufacturer's website.

If the patient informs you that he doesn't want to receive texts messages, or informs Implicity via the mobile app, the "Do not send SMS" information will be automatically selected. You will be informed that the patient does not wish to receive text messages anymore.
