New alerts for disconnected patients
Connectivity alerts on the Dashboard signal if Abbott and Medtronic patients are not transmitting.

- Abbott patients which monitor is disconnected or which device hasn't communicated will be flagged as such. The delay for both alerts (7 or 14 days) can be configured on Merlin.
- Medtronic patients which monitor is disconnected or who missed a transmission will now be flagged as such. The delay for disconnected monitors (7 or 14 days) can be configured on Carelink.
- Boston Scientific patients which monitor is disconnected, not configured or who which device hasn't communicated will now be flagged as such.
By default the connectifivity alert are in blue.
Sending an sms to the patients
A new functionality automatically sends sms to disconnected patients to check why they are not connected. This feature is not active by default. If you wish to activate it, make sure you sign an amendment (if you have been using Implicity before May 2021), indicating the change in the storage of data. Contact your Customer Success Representative for more info about it.
