1) The summary page includes all the necessary information within a remote monitoring report:
- Data related to the device, in particular, the status of the battery
- Ventricular arrhythmia episodes and the number of ATP or shocks delivered
- The Brady histogram / CRT
- The patient timeline
2) The graph "Ventricular Arrhythmia" shows the ventricular arrhythmia episodes (tachycardia, fibrillation) and the number of ATP or shock delivered (we can also find this information in the "Arrhythmia" section).

3) The patient history describes the key moments of the patient since his/her implantation:
- On the left, the patient's snoozed and archived alerts and episodes.
- On the right, administrative alerts (prescriptions, treatment forms, actions) and clinical interventions (device implantation, in-clinic follow-up)
You can also:
- Click on the alerts to view the details (date and archive comments for example)

- Click on "Add event" to insert:
- a hospitalization
- a consultation
- a phone call

This functionality will bring more details to the patient timeline. You can also enter information on the symptoms of these patients.

Use it after a call to a patient to quickly summarize their state of health for the physician's review.

If the next transmission date is available, it will be displayed at the top right of the patient profile.
