Problem
At Microport you can schedule a transmission for every 90 days. Therefore your new Microport patients will be "without transmission" on Implicity during this period.
Increase the transmissions frequency
On the patient's profile tab, click on "Monitoring Calendar" (1) and check the next remote monitoring (2). You can access to the default settings by clicking on (3).
If you want to adjust the transmissions frequency for a patient, add/remove a monitoring and then click on "Apply/Save" (3).
