Problem

At Boston Scientific you can schedule a transmission for every 90 days. Therefore your new Boston Scientific patients will be "without transmission" on Implicity during this period.

Increase the transmissions frequency

On the patient's profile tab, click on "Edit/display calendar and alert settings" (1) and check that the remote monitoring is programmed according to the default values and that these are suitable for you (2).

If you want to adjust the transmissions frequency for a patient, uncheck the box and make the appropriate settings and then click on "Save and close" (3).
