Forgot my password

1. Click the link « Forgot password? », type in your log in e-mail address and click the « Send password reset mail » button.
2. A reset email will arrive in your mailbox within minutes. If not, check your spams folder. Click on the link in the e-mail to reset the password.
3. Type in a new password in the opening page. Click the « Save » button. Go back to the log in page, and log in. The second authentication factor will be required.
